Due to the nature of custom-designed solar and battery systems, refunds and returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Customers may request cancellation of an order before equipment has been ordered, allocated, or installation work has commenced.
Where costs have already been incurred, including but not limited to design work, permits, applications, administration fees, or equipment procurement, these costs may be deducted from any refund provided.

Returned products must be in their original condition and include all supplied components, documentation, and packaging where applicable.
Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, misused, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return.
Once a refund request has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
If you believe a product supplied by us is faulty, defective, or has failed to perform as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may inspect the product, request supporting information, or arrange assessment by the manufacturer before determining the appropriate remedy, which may include:

Many solar panels, inverters, batteries, and associated products are covered by manufacturer warranties in addition to our workmanship warranty.
Warranty claims may require assessment by the manufacturer before approval.
Exchanges are only available where a product is found to be faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Where a return is approved due to a faulty product, incorrect supply, or warranty issue, reasonable return costs may be covered by us.
For returns not covered by Australian Consumer Law or applicable warranties, return shipping and handling costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
